Delicious Easter Side Dishes

Holiday dinners are one of my favorite times to get together with friends and family. Laughing, talking, and sharing stories over good food and drink is such a treasure to me. So when I host a holiday meal, I do a lot of menu planning and prepping to make sure everything tastes delicious.

Normally, side dishes are an after thought at holiday dinners. Turkeys, roasts, and hams are the ones that take center stage at these meals. As for me, I love the side dishes. I take great care in choosing scrumptious, healthy, and simple-to-prepare recipes that taste so good they rival the main course. Here are three delicious Easter side dishes that are sure to be a hit with your friends and family this holiday.

No holiday dinner table is complete without some kind of potato side dish. This side dish is unique because each person gets their own personal potato that is slightly smashed, slightly crispy, and oh so tasty with Parmesan cheese and fresh chives. This side dish can also be made ahead of time which makes it another great recipe for holiday meal planning.
