That’s where this Easy Eggs Benedict Casserole comes in!

It has all the delicious flavors of a classic Eggs Benedict; savory Canadian bacon, soft English muffins, fluffy baked eggs and creamy hollandaise sauce. But without all the fuss.

Tips for the Best Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole

Give it time to soak. Refrigerating the casserole overnight allows the English muffins to absorb the egg mixture and helps the flavors come together.

Make the Hollandaise easy. My Super Simple Hollandaise Sauce recipe can also be made a day ahead and tastes so much better than store bought.

Serve it fresh and warm. This casserole tastes best when it is warm. Be sure to top with the sauce just before serving so it doesn’t get soggy.

  8. Remove the foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or intil the eggs are set and the bacon is crisp.
  9. I like to put this casserole under the broiler on medium for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking so it gets brown and crisp.
  10. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  11. While the casserole bakes, make the Super Simple Hollandaise Sauce.
