Rosemary Greyhound Cocktail

This classic vodka cocktail is full of bright, fresh grapefruit flavor and a sweet savory taste from the rosemary infused simple syrup.

Rosemary Greyhound Cocktail

  • 2 Ounces Vodka
  • 5 Ounces Grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup
  • 1 Sprig Fresh rosemary
  1. Pour vodka, grapefruit juice, and syrup over ice. Stir well. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

To make the Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup:

  1. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a small saucepan.  
  2. Add a large handful of fresh rosemary to water.
  3. Over medium heat, stir the water, sugar, and rosemary until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Strain the liquid mixture into a small jar.

The syrup will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
