Proscuitto Wrapped Melon
Ingredients
- 1 Cantalope Cut into 1 inch cubes
- 6 ounces Proscuitto Sliced into 1/2 inch strips
- Fresh basil leaves Cut or torn into bite size pieces
- Balsamic vinegar Optional
Instructions
- Place 1 basil leaf piece on top of a cantaloupe cube.
- Wrap one slice of Proscuitto tightly around the basil and cantalope. Repeat with the remaining melon cubes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and serve.
