Method
- Place 1 basil leaf piece on top of a cantaloupe cube.
- Wrap one slice of Proscuitto tightly around the basil and cantalope. Repeat with the remaining melon cubes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and serve.

A light and fruity Prosecco or a dry Rosé would pair well with all the flavors in this appetizer.
