Proscuitto Wrapped Melon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cantalope Cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 6 ounces Proscuitto Sliced into 1/2 inch strips
  • Fresh basil leaves Cut or torn into bite size pieces
  • Balsamic vinegar Optional

Method
 

  1. Place 1 basil leaf piece on top of a cantaloupe cube.
  2. Wrap one slice of Proscuitto tightly around the basil and cantalope. Repeat with the remaining melon cubes.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and serve.

Notes

Wine Pairing:
A light and fruity Prosecco or a dry Rosé would pair well with all the flavors in this appetizer.
