Proscuitto Wrapped Melon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cantalope Cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 6 ounces Proscuitto Sliced into 1/2 inch strips
  • Fresh basil leaves Cut or torn into bite size pieces
  • Balsamic vinegar Optional

Instructions
 

  • Place 1 basil leaf piece on top of a cantaloupe cube.
  • Wrap one slice of Proscuitto tightly around the basil and cantalope. Repeat with the remaining melon cubes.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and serve.

Notes

Wine Pairing:
A light and fruity Prosecco or a dry Rosé would pair well with all the flavors in this appetizer.
