Ingredients
  

  • 12 Oz Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber Sliced
  • 12 Oz Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Orange or Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Sweet Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Dressing
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Mix well.
  • Add the salad dressing to the vegetables and gently toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Wine Pairing:
A Sauvignon Blanc, or the harder to find French wine Picpoul, balance out the tartness of the oil and vinegar in the salad dressing.
