Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Mix well.
Add the salad dressing to the vegetables and gently toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Wine Pairing:
A Sauvignon Blanc, or the harder to find French wine Picpoul, balance out the tartness of the oil and vinegar in the salad dressing.
