Pour rosé in a large gallon size ziploc bag and put in the freezer for 4-6 hours (or overnight).
In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
In a blender, puree the sugar water, starwberries, and vodka.
Add rosé slush and ice to the blender.
Blend the mixture well and serve. Use a fresh strawberry and lemon peel as garnish.
Notes
This recipe can be made up to 2 hours in advance. Just do not add the rosé slush and ice to the blender until you are ready to serve.*substitute thawed frozen strawberries if you don't have fresh or 2 cups of any other frozen fruit.**Shop my favorite martini glasses here.
