Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces artichoke hearts drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • fresh ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium size bowl, mix the artichokes, cheese, and mayonnaise until blended.
  • Pour mixture into an oven proof dish. Place dish in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the mayonnaise has browned and is bubbling.
  • Take out of oven and let cool for five minutes. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version of this dip, substitute light Parmesan cheese and light mayonnaise.
