artichoke hearts
drained and finely chopped

cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
1
cup
mayonnaise
fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium size bowl, mix the artichokes, cheese, and mayonnaise until blended.
Pour mixture into an oven proof dish. Place dish in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the mayonnaise has browned and is bubbling.
Take out of oven and let cool for five minutes. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version of this dip, substitute light Parmesan cheese and light mayonnaise.
