Stir chocolate and oil in a small saucepan over low heat until the chocolate has melted. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
While the chocolate is cooling, place each topping into a small shallow dishes. Line a baking sheet or pie pan (make sure it can fit, laying flat, in your freezer) with foil.
Using your fingers, dip one banana slice into the melted chocolate. Make sure the banana is completely covered.
Place the dipped banana in one topping. Using your clean hand, sprinkle more topping over and around the banana slice so it is thoroughly covered. Shake off any excess coating then place the banana onto the foil lined pan.
Repeat with the rest of the banana slices, chocolate, and toppings. Freeze until the bananas are firm, about 3 hours, then serve immediately.
